Founding Members

On February 8, 1983, Carroll Park was officially recognized by the City of Long Beach as a Historic District. A certificate was presented to our neighborhood and accepted by Richard Lyle, past president of the Carroll Park Association.

The foresight of our Founding Members affords today's residents of Carroll Park with the quiet streets and enjoyable atmosphere of the neighborhood and its historic homes. We are forever grateful for their leadership.
